With over 13 years of experience as a NASM-certified personal trainer and Women’s Fitness Specialist, I combine science-backed training with real-life experience. After my own journey with pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti, and postpartum recovery, I became passionate about helping other moms heal, rebuild strength, and feel their best.
